OUARZAZATE

At the edges the Great South, Ouarzazate is a stop-off on the way leading to endless spaces, among sand dunes and oasis.

Visit of the Taourirt Kasbah: The Taourirt kasbah is one of the most beautiful  architectural constructions of the city. This Kasbah would have been started from the 17th century before being reshuffled by the Glaoui tribe in 1882, the lords of the Atlas.

Visit of the Tifoultoute Kasbah. Located in the vicinity of Ouarzazate, it is one of the Pacha Glaoui kasbahs used as scenery in movies

Visit of the movie studios: The variety of landscapes, the ethnic diversity, the exceptional light ,  the  plentiful local workforce, all this data  has turned Ouarzazate into one of the most craved places  by moviemakers.

 Visit of Ait Ben Haddou: At the bank of the mellah wadi, this village hanging up the mountain slope gathers together all the items of Berber architecture. Listed World Heritage by the Unesco and enjoying a restoration program. A unique panorama with a  superb view of the surrounding palm grove, and the rocky desert.

DAY TRIP TO   ZAGORA

After the driving through  a valley  the dreams are made of ,  an oasis  extending on tens of kilometers, where green waters blend to splendid palm groves and fruit gardens, the most spectacular landscapes pass before your eyes  along the Draa until we reach Zagora the desert door

Visit of Tamgroute, a zaouïa and religious center with a library enclosing 4000 manuscripts, of which  the oldest are written on gazelle skins and dating back to the 12th Century
